Token Not Visible in Wallet

If the token is not visible in your wallet, follow the steps on the Adding Tokens to Display in Your Walletpage.

Error During Swap After Connection Request

If you encounter an error while swapping BIT10.BTC for BIT10.DEFI, check your BIT10.BTC balance. If you do not have sufficient BIT10.BTC tokens, follow the steps on the Obtaining BIT10.BTC Tokens page to receive more BIT10.BTC tokens.

Follow the steps on the Obtaining BIT10.BTC Tokens page to receive BIT10.BTC tokens.

BIT10.DEFI Visible on Portfolio Page but Not in Wallet

If BIT10.DEFI is visible on the Portfolio page but not in your wallet, check the Transaction Status column under the Your Recent Activity section on the Portfolio page. Once the transaction status is Confirmed, you will receive the BIT10.DEFI token in your wallet.

Check the Transaction Status column under the Your Recent Activity section on the Portfolio page. For detailed information about your transactions, click the View Transaction button to check transaction details on the BIT10 Explorer.
