Error During Swap After Connection Request
If you encounter an error while swapping tokens, check your Pay with token balance. If you do not have sufficient balance, the swap will fail.
Need SOL Tokens on devnet
Follow the steps on the faucet.solana.com page to receive SOL tokens on devnet.
BIT10 Tokens Visible on Portfolio Page but Not in Wallet
If your BIT10 tokens are visible on the Portfolio page but not in your wallet, please wait 5-10 minutes for the wallet to update. Sometimes, wallets take time to reflect the updated balance.
How to Check Transaction Status
For information about your transactions, click the View Transaction button under the Your Recent Activity section on the Portfolio page to check the transaction details on the Solscan.
Showing "Infinite" in the "Pay with" Section and Swap Button Disabled
If the app is not fetching the latest price of BIT10 tokens or the selected "Spent" token, it may display an "Infinity" error and disable the Swap button. Troubleshooting Steps:
- Ensure you are connected to a stable internet network.
- Try using a VPN if the issue persists.
