Meet the Team
BIT10 was built by two builders who got tired of the same problem every crypto investor faces: too many tokens, too much noise, too little time. They didn't come from hedge funds or VC firms: they came from the code editor, the hackathon floor, and years spent in the trenches of DeFi. That's what makes them the right people to build onchain crypto index funds.
Zeya Rabani - Co-Founder & CEO
Background
Zeya has been embedded in blockchain since 2021, starting as a smart contract developer focused on DeFi protocols and Solidity before founding BIT10. Prior to BIT10, he worked as a Blockchain Developer at Krossways in London, where he built DeFi applications, deployed tokens on Binance Smart Chain, and integrated cross-chain asset transfers. He also spent years as a full-stack freelance developer building end-to-end web and AI-powered solutions before deciding to go all-in on building the decentralized index fund he wanted to use himself.
What He Builds at BIT10
Zeya leads product, strategy, and technical architecture. Together with CTO he launched BIT10 TOP on Mainnet in Q2 2025 and developed the auto-rebalancing mechanism, market cap weighting model, and cross-chain pricing infrastructure. He also runs structured user interviews with real investors to drive product-market fit making BIT10 one of the most user-research-backed DeFi startups in its category.
Why He Started BIT10
"We hated crypto picking. We love diversified index funds. The existing cross-chain solutions didn't exist: so we built it." - Zeya Rabani

Harshal Raikwar - Co-Founder & CTO
Background
Harshal is a full-stack and Web3 engineer with deep experience across the entire stack: from smart contracts in Rust on ICP to React frontends and DevOps pipelines. He graduated from SRM Institute of Science and Technology with a B.Tech in Computer Science and has held engineering roles spanning blockchain, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure. Notably, he was an MLH Fellow at Solana Labs (Summer 2022), where he built core features for the Solana FM block explorer.
What He Builds at BIT10
Harshal is the engineering backbone of BIT10. He built and maintains the platform's ICP canisters, oracle infrastructure, ICRC token standards, and the full-stack web application using Next.js, TypeScript, Rust, and tRPC. His work on BIT10's cross-chain architecture is what makes native-asset index funds technically possible without wrapped tokens.
Why He's the Right Engineer for This
Harshal spent his entire engineering career building on the bleeding edge of Web3, from Solana and Ethereum to ICP, giving him a rare ability to reason across multiple chains simultaneously. His background in DevOps and CI/CD ensures that BIT10's infrastructure is not just functional, but production-grade.

Why This Team
Two co-founders. Complementary skills. One obsession: making diversified crypto investing as easy and trustworthy as buying an index fund.
